Sunrise SUP by Ishigaki Island Tours starts with watching the sunrise from the SUP on the Miyara River, then cruises along the mangrove river in the morning mist to the mouth of the river where you can see the horizon.
There will be a lecture for those who are new to SUP, so anyone can do it easily.

You can go to the mouth of the ocean, so if the weather is good, you may be able to see the sun rise over the horizon.
Unlike during the day, this refreshing feeling you get from a morning SUP cruise is the most luxurious feeling you can get!
Visit the mysterious "Blue Cave
There is a place called "Blue Cave" not only in Italy and the main island of Okinawa, but also on Ishigaki Island. It is a popular snorkeling spot with a trench around it where many fish gather.
Depending on the tide level and sunlight, if the timing is right, the surface of the water becomes like a mirror and the surrounding scenery is reflected on the surface of the sea, creating a scene similar to that of Salar de Uyuni!

The interior of the caves can be explored by landing and observing the natural products of Ishigaki, including limestone caves.
There is a clear and beautiful world in the sea. Let's swim with many fishes! If you are lucky, you may even see sea turtles!
