It had been a while since I had been in the ocean, and I wasn't sure if I would be strong enough, but the staff frequently called out to me and I was able to enjoy myself without worry. The white sandy beach of Phantom Island was very beautiful...I was so impressed that I could swim with sea turtles. But I was very satisfied!
